Taverna  -  Frangokastello - Crete - Babis & Popi

 

Our taverna is only 50 meters far from a fine sandy beach, and is surrounded by bamboos and oleander.

 

We have an indoor restaurant but in the warm summer month our guests like to drink and dine on our outdoor terrace. There you can enjoy traditional food and cretan wines under the wine covered trellis….having some imagination of cretan former life.

 

 

We serve a wide selection of homemade food, salads and daily fresh fish, all prepared using our own olive oil.

 

Although we are away from the more commercial areas of Crete, we can still cater for all your needs .We can provide you with telephone, fax, emails, and money exchange. And because our family history is cretan we can provide you with all information’s you need to enjoy your holidays on this island.

We speak Greece, English, German.

Of course we are open from early morning until late in the evening,…every day.
